MEET THE FOUNDER

Kayihura Manigaba, PharmD

Dr. Manigaba is a pharmacist and educator whose teaching journey began with tutoring in high school, college, and pharmacy school. He earned his Doctor of Pharmacy degree at the University of Tennessee College of Pharmacy and completed PGY1 pharmacy and PGY2 infectious diseases residency training at UF Health Shands, along with formal training in teaching.

His experience in clinical practice, infectious diseases, antimicrobial stewardship, and pharmacy education shapes Pharmaste’s approach: make the reasoning clear, connect it to patient care, and give learners a practical way to apply it.

Outside pharmacy, he is a dad of two, a soccer enthusiast, and a former college track athlete.
