PHARMASTE PRACTICE
Terms of use
Purpose and acceptance
Pharmaste Practice provides pharmacy education and practice questions. By creating an account and accepting these terms, you agree to use the service for your own learning and to follow the rules below. The educational disclaimer forms part of these terms.
Individual-use license
Pharmaste retains its intellectual-property rights in its original questions, rationales, guides, branding, and other materials. Access grants a personal, nontransferable license to use authorized content within the service. Access does not transfer ownership of that content.
Without Pharmaste’s written permission, you may not copy, reproduce, resell, share, upload, publish, or redistribute protected content by electronic or physical means; capture screenshots for redistribution; systematically extract questions or answers; incorporate the materials into competing products; or use them for AI training. These restrictions apply to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Your account
Use accurate account information, keep your credentials private, and do not share your account. Notify support if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not attempt to access another learner’s records, bypass access controls, alter results, disrupt the service, or submit patient information.
Purchases and access
Federal MPJE checkout is handled through Payhip. The product description and checkout terms identify what you purchase. Federal Complete includes both PDFs and 12 months of online practice, linked to a verified account using the purchase email. PDF-only offers include downloads and no online practice. Access promised with earlier offers retains its original terms.
If an order cannot be matched, contact support for verification. A full refund may revoke the access associated with that purchase. A separate valid entitlement remains effective. Partial refunds and exceptional cases require Pharmaste review. These terms do not reduce rights you have under applicable law.
NAPLEX learning membership
NAPLEX checkout uses Stripe and requires a verified Pharmaste account. The current welcome offer provides six calendar months of paid access, beginning after payment confirmation or after your remaining active trial when shown before checkout, with no automatic renewal. Your membership page shows the end date. Valid access codes may grant free access with a separate fixed end date shown before redemption.
Free public NAPLEX topic questions, guides and released drug cards remain available without a paid plan. New welcome access is a separate one-time purchase. Existing paid purchases, already-activated trials and access-code grants retain their original terms and end dates; no existing account is automatically charged or enrolled into a subscription.
Eligible new learners may request one calendar month free with a saved card. By explicitly accepting the trial terms, you authorize one $19.99 USD charge at the trial end shown on your membership page, ordinarily within 24 hours. Cancel the scheduled payment on that page before the trial ends to avoid it; your remaining free month is preserved. Successful payment provides six calendar months of access with no automatic renewal. If payment requires attention, background retries stop and you can complete a new checkout after cancellation of the original payment is confirmed. If automatic billing is delayed more than 24 hours, we require you to initiate payment instead. The accepted trial price remains $19.99 after the promotional enrollment deadline. The six-month welcome offer is $19.99 total for six calendar months. Register your account by November 25, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Central Time. Request the trial or start one-time payment checkout by December 25, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Central Time. For a trial, complete secure card setup before its session expires; no payment is taken at setup. For a one-time purchase without a new trial, complete payment before its checkout session expires. This is a one-time purchase with no automatic renewal.
The welcome offer covers the released NAPLEX practice library, saved progress and five full-length simulated exams. Unreleased courses, the complete Top 300 collection, Federal MPJE products and coaching are not promised as part of it. Earlier annual purchases keep their original access terms and end dates.
Contact support for access issues, duplicate charges or refund requests. Requests are reviewed individually, subject to applicable consumer rights. Full refunds or payment disputes may revoke only the access associated with that purchase. No examination result is guaranteed.
Federal MPJE practice plans and private coaching
Federal MPJE 12-month practice plans are one-time purchases. Online access starts when payment is processed and ends 12 calendar months later, without automatic renewal. Included PDFs remain available for personal use under their license. Existing eligible purchase access is preserved. Prices are displayed before checkout; future state-law and NAPLEX products are not included.
A coaching request is free and creates no booking or payment obligation. Coaching begins only after Pharmaste confirms fit, availability, scope, price, and payment arrangements with you. A Clarity Session includes one 60-minute meeting and a written study action plan. The Focused Coaching Series includes three 60-minute meetings with a study plan and progress review, completed within 90 days of the first meeting. Online question-bank access and unlimited between-session messaging are separate.
Request rescheduling at least 24 hours before a confirmed session. One late reschedule is allowed; additional missed sessions may count as used. If Pharmaste cancels, you may choose a replacement time or refund for that undelivered session. Other cancellations and unused sessions are reviewed under the policy agreed before payment and applicable consumer rights. Coaching is educational, provides no clinical care or legal advice, and guarantees no examination result.
Educational limits and changes
No examination result is guaranteed. Laws and regulations may change, and the service may be updated to address content or technical issues. Practice results are learning aids, not legal advice, professional instructions, or a licensure-readiness decision.
Acceptable use and suspension
Pharmaste may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, unauthorized redistribution, security threats, or violation of these terms. Contact support if you believe an access decision is mistaken.
Questions and updates
Material changes to these terms will be communicated through the service or an appropriate account notice. For access, licensing, or other questions, contact Pharmaste support.
