PHARMASTE PRACTICE

Privacy notice

Information used to operate your learning

Pharmaste Practice uses your account email and authentication records, purchase and access records, selected answers, timestamps, exam results, topic performance, bookmarks, question reports, and support messages to provide and protect the service. We do not ask for patient records, government identifiers, or payment card details.

Learning feedback and optional interests

Optional learning feedback records your reactions, comments, the resource identifier, version, page and time. If signed in, feedback is associated with your account. A first-party feedback cookie lasts up to 30 days to help limit abuse and handle retries; the server stores a hashed identifier. Feedback is private to Pharmaste, does not affect free access and is not permission to publish a testimonial. Suggestions are reviewed before content changes. Contact support to request deletion. Do not include patient details or other sensitive information.

The closed founding feedback program records your account identifier, enrollment time, allocated place, student self-attestation and accepted offer terms. We may also store your optional pharmacy-law interest, state or territory, marketing preference and its update time. These are preferences, not proof of licensure or permission to access paid products. State-law interest alone does not subscribe you to email. You can request changes to enrollment preferences, correction, withdrawal or deletion through support. Public samples remain free; paid services require a separate purchase.

After ten distinct public quiz questions in the current tab, an optional membership invitation may appear. Session storage holds only question identifiers and your dismissal choice, not answers or scores. It ends with the tab session and never controls access or seat counts.

Optional school, exam plans and results

You may optionally share your school and planned NAPLEX or MPJE dates during sign-up or founding enrollment. On Exam plans & feedback, you can save separate exam attempts, dates, self-reported results, resources used, whether you would recommend them to a colleague, and written feedback. These details are linked to your account and visible to you and authorized Pharmaste staff to understand learners’ needs and improve our resources. They are not verified examination results or evidence that Pharmaste caused an outcome.

Submitting is optional and does not affect free access, start exam reminders or subscribe you to marketing. Feedback is not displayed publicly and does not give permission to publish a testimonial. You can edit or delete exam records on that page. Contact support to correct or remove enrollment or sign-up intake details. Do not include patient information, actual or recalled examination questions, scoresheets or other people’s personal details.

Private coaching requests

We collect your name, email, selected coaching option, quoted price, time zone, availability, learning goals, and consent record to review and coordinate your request. Requests are restricted to authorized Pharmaste administration and are not posted publicly. Submitting does not subscribe you to marketing. Meetings are not recorded by default; any recording would require separate agreement. Do not submit patient information or actual examination questions.

Ask Pharmaste AI

Ask Pharmaste AI is currently turned off and is not accepting questions. When the feature was enabled, submitted questions and relevant study passages were sent through Netlify AI Gateway to Anthropic; web-search queries were also processed by the provider’s search service when used. Pharmaste retains account-linked usage metadata and source counts from that operation, but does not store question or answer transcripts. Provider retention follows their applicable policies; this is not a promise of immediate deletion by every provider. Do not enter patient information, confidential exam content or other sensitive details. Generated answers can be wrong and require checking against their cited sources.

Service providers

The application is designed to use Supabase for account authentication and its PostgreSQL database, Netlify for hosting, and Stripe and Payhip for checkout and purchase/refund notifications. These services process the information needed for their roles. Features marked as coming soon are not yet available; the free question sampler is available without creating an account or making a purchase.

NAPLEX payments take place on Stripe. Federal MPJE payments take place on Payhip and its payment providers. Pharmaste Practice receives the transaction reference, purchase email, product identifiers, price, currency, refund information, and event timestamps needed to manage access. It does not store card numbers or the full incoming payment notification.

NAPLEX account progress

For trials, we retain the accepted terms and consent text, enrollment and access dates, scheduled payment state, and Stripe customer/setup/payment identifiers. Stripe handles card details; Pharmaste does not store full card numbers. One trial is available per eligible new account. Existing trial periods remain unchanged. New paid welcome access is recorded as a one-time purchase.

Free NAPLEX category previews provide 5–15 questions without an account. Additional practice follows the membership terms shown on the membership page. We save your latest submitted response, result, question version and submission time to your account so you can return across visits. Unsent answers and visitor responses are not saved to an account. These learning results do not predict exam performance. Contact support to request deletion of saved progress.

Your learning inbox

Private, automatic messages can recognize practice milestones and offer a gentle next step after time away. We record submitted practice activity, recent signed-in visits, your selected time zone, message preferences, and message read, follow-link and feedback events for this purpose. A visit alone does not count as a study day. Detailed activity and messages are kept for up to 180 days; milestone identifiers remain until account deletion to prevent repeated awards. You can turn off congratulations or reminders, or pause both in Inbox settings. Messages stay inside Pharmaste; this feature does not send emails or phone notifications. These records help us assess whether encouragement is useful, and do not establish exam readiness or predict passing.

Cookies and browser storage

Essential cookies maintain authentication, identify free-practice sessions, and protect private reviewer access. Free-practice cookies last up to seven days; the private-review cookie lasts up to eight hours. Authentication cookie lifetimes follow the account service’s session settings.

A first-party analytics identifier may last up to 30 days. Bounded campaign source, medium, campaign name, and link-placement labels from UTM links are kept in session storage and a session cookie to connect visits with later study activity. The app records basic events such as starting or finishing free practice, opening checkout, activating access, and completing a study session. These events may include the practice topic, a random attempt identifier, broad device category, plan, and an error stage or HTTP status. Analytics events do not contain your answers, scores, message contents, or payment-card information. Known automated traffic, signed-in staff, and browser Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control requests are excluded from this funnel.

If you choose “Allow analytics,” Google Analytics may also receive page views and these basic learning-journey event names so Pharmaste can understand traffic sources and how visitors move through the site. Optional Google Analytics is not loaded before consent and is not used for advertising or session replay. Pharmaste does not send your pharmacy-question answers, support-message contents, passwords, or payment-card details to Google Analytics. You can clear the saved analytics choice using your browser storage controls.

No advertising pixels, session replay, fingerprinting, or cross-site ad tracking are installed.

How the information is used

We use these records to sign you in, recognize eligible purchases, save and review study activity, identify content issues, answer support requests, prevent abuse, and understand how people find and use Pharmaste Practice. Account creation does not automatically subscribe you to marketing email. If you choose the separate optional checkbox, we store that preference with its date and offer version; only opted-in members should receive learning updates and offers. Account verification and password-reset messages are transactional.

Access, security, and retention

Access controls separate learner records and restrict protected content to authorized server requests. The application stores short-lived hashed network identifiers for request limits; hosting providers may maintain infrastructure logs under their own policies. We do not sell or share study activity for targeted advertising.

Account and study records are retained to provide your service and address access, support, security, and recordkeeping needs. You can request access, correction, or deletion through support. Some transaction or security records may need to be retained where legally required or necessary to resolve a dispute. Backup removal follows the service provider’s backup cycle. Contact support for questions about retention or to request deletion of your information.

Your choices and questions

You may try free questions before creating an account. Browser controls can clear cookies and storage, but doing so may sign you out or disconnect guest progress. To ask about your data or request account deletion, contact Pharmaste support. Please do not include passwords or sensitive patient information.
